How To Enrol

We are now accepting patients from all locations, no longer restricted to Lincoln, for those who are not currently enrolled with a local practice. This allows those seeking a GP who are new to the Selwyn District to access medical care. Please call the medical centre to discuss our enrolment process and conditions.

If you wish to enrol for the Manage My Health portal please go into the medical centre with a form of ID to complete the paperwork.
